School and Communities Equal Success

  • Help the school when you can, knowing that schools need the support of parents.
  • Find out dates for school events.
  • Volunteer a few hours a month in the classroom.
  • Offer to speak to your child's class.
  • Join the PTA in order to voice your opinions.
  • Offer to help with a special school project.

The sixth and final step of parent involvement deals with becoming engaged with the school and the community.
